Standard Shipping

All orders are hand inspected and packaged prior to shipping. Once an order is placed, it may take 2-4 business days to process and verify the information prior to the order being shipped out. Shipping normally takes about 4-7 business days. Processing and shipping times may be delayed during sales, promotions, and holidays.

COVID-19: Please be mindful that due to COVID-19, standard shipping times may change or be delayed. Depending upon carrier, shipments may require more time to be delivered due carrier availability and ongoing pandemic impacts.


Pre-Orders

Pre-ordering an item ensures that it will ship to you on the first date it becomes available so that you may get it as soon as possible.

Product pages for Pre-Order items will feature a “PRE-ORDER” button near the product description, followed by the date we expect the product will ship.

Pre-Order products can be added to your cart just like any other item. When you’re done shopping, head to checkout. You will be asked for your payment information.

When you’re done, your item will be reserved right away. Your card will be charged at the time of order placement. This reserves your entire order and ensures you are in the priority lane to get your items as soon as they arrive.

So you aren’t charged more than once for shipping, your order won’t ship until all items in your order are available.

This means if your order combines in-stock and Pre-Order items, we’ll hold off on shipping your order until the Pre-Order items become available. That way, we can send your entire order together. There are occasions we will split your orders for you, but don’t worry the extra shipping is on us!

If you need the in-stock items in your order right away, we’d recommend ordering any Pre-Order items separately.

All items are final sale, therefore, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any item purchased.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE RECIEVED DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS? We do understand that mistakes happens. We are all human. So, if you received an incorrect product or your product is deemed to be defective, we will work with you to get you the correct items sent out without any cost to you. We apologize that you have received a damaged product. Quality and Care are some of our core values, so we will handle all claims promptly.

We require that all damaged or incorrect merchandise claims be submitted within 30 days of the shipping date. We reserve the right to deny any requests submitted after this period.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECIEVIE MY EXCHANGE?

If you are returning an item that is incorrect or has been deemed to be defective, your return will be processed as an exchange. Exchanges will be shipped out within 10-14 days of receipt and you will be notified via email once your requested exchange has been processed.
